Terms of sale

Last updated 15 October 2026

The short version. You buy a digital guide for your own use. It is education, not veterinary advice. Please do not share or resell the files.

What you are buying

Day One is a set of digital PDF files about the first weeks with a new puppy. Tonight is a single file from that set. Files are delivered by email straight after payment. Nothing is shipped.

Who sells it

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. They handle payment, tax, receipts and delivery, and their terms apply to the checkout itself.

Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print the files for your own household. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or republish them, in whole or in part, or use them to train software. The text and design remain the property of the publisher.

Education, not veterinary advice

Day One is general educational material based on published guidance. It is not written by a veterinarian or a behaviourist, and it does not diagnose, treat or replace professional advice about your dog. Every dog is different. Ask your own vet about health, vaccinations, feeding and when your puppy can go to public places.

If your dog shows signs of illness or injury, contact a vet or an emergency clinic. If your dog freezes, growls, guards food or objects, or bites hard enough to break skin, stop and contact a qualified professional.

No guaranteed results

We do not promise any specific outcome, such as a puppy being house-trained by a certain date. Results depend on the dog, its age and health, and how the guidance is applied.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for harm resulting from the guidance being applied without appropriate care or professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Refunds

See our refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there.
