Thirty days, full refund. If Day One or Tonight does not help, email us within thirty days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@dayonepup.com from the address you used to buy, or include your order number. You do not need to give a reason, though we are grateful if you tell us what did not work.
What happens next
We process refunds within two working days through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. The money returns to your original payment method, which usually takes five to ten working days to appear, depending on your bank.
Upgrades
If you bought Tonight and then upgraded to the full Day One kit, you can ask for a refund on either purchase or both, within thirty days of each.
Your legal right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital files delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins, because you ask for immediate delivery at checkout. Our thirty-day refund applies anyway, and is more generous than that legal minimum.
